Ingredients:

1 packet of MAK SITI Fish Head Soup Spices Powder

1 packet of MAK SITI Mix Spice

2 liters of water1 kg of fish

Salt

Cooking oil


Cooking Instruction

  1. Heat up the cooking oil.

  2. Fry the spice mixture.

  3. Add 2 liters of water.

  4. Add MAK SITI Fish Head Soup Spices Powder.

  5. Add the fish (approximately 1 kg).

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Serve when cooked.
